Overview
Metro designed and deployed a fully automated RF Benchmark Reporting framework for Singtel, Singapore using its in-house platform, Gladiator. The solution processes approximately a million samples per campaign and applies a standardized ETSI-based benchmarking methodology to clearly position Singtel’s LTE and 5G NR performance against peer operators.
Challenge
At scale, processing large RF datasets, manual KPI extraction, and complex ETSI calculations introduced delays and inconsistencies in benchmarking cycles.
Solution
An end-to-end automated framework that processes large datasets, applies ETSI ranking logic and generates automated Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly benchmark reports across LTE and 5G NR.
